Privacy Policy

K-NAME (“the app”) is provided by miniharmony Co.,Ltd. (“we”) together with Jeongwon Naming Office (정원작명소, kangname.com). This policy explains what the app sends, why, and where it goes.

1. The short version

• No account, no email, no ads, no analytics or tracking.
• To create names, the app sends your answers once to our naming server. We don’t store them.
• Saved names stay on your device.
• Traditional Naming (paid) also sends the birth date and time — only to the naming engine of Jeongwon Naming Office, never to AI.

2. What the app sends and why

• Quick Name (free): who the name is for, the name style, the feelings and meanings you chose, your family-name choice and the app language — to create names and write their descriptions.
• Your first name — only if you turn on “Echo the sound of my name” and allow it — to find a Korean name that sounds like it.
• Traditional Naming (paid): the birth date and time (solar or lunar calendar, leap month, or “time unknown”) and the purchase transaction ID. Following Korean naming convention, the birth date and time are used only to decide which elements the name’s characters carry. The transaction ID identifies the purchase for that naming session.

We don’t collect your email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or advertising ID.

3. Who processes it

• Our naming server (Google Cloud Functions, United States) receives the request, creates the names and returns them. It doesn’t store the request. Its operational logs contain only general information such as the language, the purpose, the number of names and the processing time — never your answers, first name or birth date.
• Jeongwon Naming Office’s naming engine (api.kangname.com, Republic of Korea) receives the naming conditions — and, for Traditional Naming, the birth date and time — to calculate candidate names.
• Anthropic, PBC (United States) writes the name descriptions with its AI model Claude. It receives your answers and, if you allowed it, your first name — never the birth date and time, your email or device information. Anthropic processes this data under its commercial terms, doesn’t use it to train its models and deletes it after a limited retention period.
• Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) process payments. We never see your card details.

4. Data on your device

Saved names (including the birth date and time shown on Traditional Naming results), your language setting, your consent choices and any unused purchase are stored only on your device. You can remove saved names in Settings → “Clear saved names”, or delete the app to remove everything.

5. International transfer

When you create a name, the data in section 2 is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the United States (our server, Anthropic) and the Republic of Korea (Jeongwon Naming Office). If you don’t want this, please don’t use the naming features.

6. Retention

We don’t keep your answers, first name or birth date after the names are created. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.

7. Children

K-NAME is not directed to children under 13. Parents can choose “My baby” to create a name for their child.

8. Your choices and rights

You can stop sending your first name at any time by turning off “Echo the sound of my name”. Because we don’t store your data on our servers, there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. If you have questions or requests under the laws of your country (such as the GDPR or Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act), please contact us.

K-NAME(이하 “앱”)은 miniharmony Co.,Ltd.(이하 “회사”)가 정원작명소(kangname.com)와 함께 제공합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를, 왜, 어디로 보내는지 설명합니다.

1. 요약

• 계정·이메일이 없고, 광고·분석·추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
• 이름을 지을 때 답변을 작명 서버로 한 번 보내며, 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
• 저장한 이름은 이용자 기기에만 남습니다.
• 전통 작명(유료)은 생년월일시도 보내며, 정원작명소 작명 엔진으로만 보내고 AI에는 보내지 않습니다.

2. 앱이 보내는 정보와 목적

• 간단 작명(무료): 이름의 대상, 이름 느낌, 고른 기운과 뜻, 성씨 선택, 앱 언어 — 이름을 짓고 해설을 쓰기 위해
• 입력한 이름 — “내 이름 소리를 닮게”를 켜고 허용한 경우에만 — 그 소리를 닮은 한국 이름을 찾기 위해
• 전통 작명(유료): 생년월일시(양력·음력, 윤달, ‘시간 모름’)와 결제 거래 번호. 생년월일시는 한국 작명 관례에 따라 이름 글자에 담을 오행을 정하는 데만 씁니다. 거래 번호는 해당 작명 회차의 결제를 확인하는 데 씁니다.

이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 기기 식별자, 광고 ID는 수집하지 않습니다.

3. 처리하는 곳

• 작명 서버(Google Cloud Functions, 미국): 요청을 받아 이름을 짓고 돌려줍니다. 요청을 저장하지 않으며, 운영 기록에는 언어·목적·이름 개수·처리 시간 같은 일반 정보만 남고 답변·이름·생년월일은 남지 않습니다.
• 정원작명소 작명 엔진(api.kangname.com, 대한민국): 작명 조건과, 전통 작명의 경우 생년월일시를 받아 이름 후보를 계산합니다.
• Anthropic, PBC(미국): AI 모델 Claude로 이름 해설을 작성합니다. 답변과(허용한 경우) 입력한 이름을 받으며, 생년월일시·이메일·기기 정보는 받지 않습니다. Anthropic은 상업용 약관에 따라 처리하고, 모델 학습에 쓰지 않으며, 제한된 기간이 지나면 삭제합니다.
• Apple(App Store)·Google(Google Play): 결제를 처리합니다. 회사는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다.

4. 기기에 저장되는 정보

저장한 이름(전통 작명 결과의 생년월일시 포함), 언어 설정, 동의 여부, 아직 쓰지 않은 결제는 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 설정 → “저장한 이름 모두 지우기”로 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 모두 지워집니다.

5. 국외 이전

이름을 지을 때 2항의 정보가 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)로 미국(작명 서버, Anthropic)과 대한민국(정원작명소)으로 전송됩니다. 원하지 않으면 작명 기능을 이용하지 마세요.

6. 보유 기간

이름을 지은 뒤 답변·이름·생년월일을 보관하지 않습니다. 결제 기록은 Apple 또는 Google이 각 사 정책에 따라 보관합니다.

7. 아동

K-NAME은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 부모는 “우리 아기”를 골라 아이의 이름을 지을 수 있습니다.

8. 이용자의 선택과 권리

“내 이름 소리를 닮게”를 끄면 언제든 이름 전송을 멈출 수 있습니다. 서버에 정보를 저장하지 않으므로 보통 열람·삭제할 정보가 없지만, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령에 따른 문의나 요청은 아래로 연락해 주세요.

K-NAME（以下「本アプリ」）は、miniharmony Co.,Ltd.（以下「当社」）が Jeongwon Naming Office（정원작명소、kangname.com）とともに提供しています。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが何を、なぜ、どこへ送るかを説明します。

1. 概要

• アカウントやメールアドレスは不要です。広告・分析・トラッキングは使いません。
• 名前をつくるとき、回答を命名サーバーへ一度だけ送ります。サーバーには保存しません。
• 保存した名前は端末にのみ残ります。
• 伝統命名（有料）では生年月日と時刻も送りますが、送り先は Jeongwon Naming Office の命名エンジンだけで、AIには送りません。

2. 送信する情報と目的

• かんたん命名（無料）：誰の名前か、名前の雰囲気、選んだ雰囲気と意味、姓の選択、アプリの言語 — 名前をつくり、解説を書くため
• 入力した名前 — 「自分の名前の響きに寄せる」をオンにして許可した場合のみ — その響きに近い韓国名を探すため
• 伝統命名（有料）：生年月日と時刻（新暦・旧暦、閏月、「時刻不明」）と購入の取引ID。生年月日と時刻は、韓国の命名の慣習に従い、名前の字に込める五行を決めるためだけに使います。取引IDはその回の購入を確認するために使います。

メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、連絡先、写真、端末識別子、広告IDは収集しません。

3. 処理する事業者

• 命名サーバー（Google Cloud Functions、米国）：リクエストを受けて名前をつくり、返します。リクエストは保存せず、運用ログには言語・目的・名前の数・処理時間などの一般的な情報だけが残り、回答・名前・生年月日は残りません。
• Jeongwon Naming Office の命名エンジン（api.kangname.com、韓国）：命名の条件と、伝統命名では生年月日と時刻を受け取り、名前の候補を計算します。
• Anthropic, PBC（米国）：AIモデル Claude で名前の解説を書きます。回答と、許可した場合は入力した名前を受け取りますが、生年月日と時刻・メールアドレス・端末情報は受け取りません。Anthropic は商用規約に基づいて処理し、モデルの学習には使わず、一定期間の後に削除します。
• Apple（App Store）・Google（Google Play）：決済を処理します。当社はカード情報を受け取りません。

4. 端末に保存される情報

保存した名前（伝統命名の結果に表示される生年月日と時刻を含む）、言語設定、同意の状態、未使用の購入は端末にのみ保存されます。設定 →「保存した名前をすべて削除」で削除するか、アプリを削除するとすべて消えます。

5. 国外への移転

名前をつくるとき、第2項の情報が暗号化された通信（HTTPS）で米国（命名サーバー、Anthropic）と韓国（Jeongwon Naming Office）へ送られます。希望しない場合は命名機能をご利用にならないでください。

6. 保存期間

名前をつくった後、回答・名前・生年月日は保存しません。購入記録は Apple または Google が各社のポリシーに従って保管します。

7. 子ども

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。保護者は「赤ちゃん」を選んで子どもの名前をつくれます。

8. 利用者の選択と権利

「自分の名前の響きに寄せる」をオフにすれば、いつでも名前の送信を止められます。当社はサーバーに情報を保存しないため、通常は開示・削除する情報はありませんが、お住まいの国の法令に基づくお問い合わせやご請求は下記までご連絡ください。

K-NAME（以下简称“本应用”）由 miniharmony Co.,Ltd.（以下简称“我们”）与 Jeongwon Naming Office（정원작명소，kangname.com）共同提供。本政策说明本应用会发送哪些信息、为什么发送以及发送到哪里。

1. 简要说明

• 无需账号或邮箱，不使用广告、分析或跟踪工具。
• 取名时，本应用会把你的回答发送到我们的取名服务器一次，我们不会保存。
• 保存的名字只留在你的设备上。
• 传统取名（付费）还会发送出生日期与时间，但只发送给 Jeongwon Naming Office 的取名引擎，绝不发送给 AI。

2. 发送的信息及目的

• 快速取名（免费）：名字是给谁的、名字风格、你选择的气质与寓意、姓氏选择以及应用语言——用于取名和撰写解析。
• 你输入的名字——仅在你开启“贴近我名字的读音”并同意后发送——用于寻找读音相近的韩文名字。
• 传统取名（付费）：出生日期与时间（公历或农历、闰月或“不知道时间”）以及购买交易编号。依照韩国取名习俗，出生日期与时间只用于决定名字用字应带有的五行。交易编号用于确认该次取名的购买。

我们不收集邮箱、电话号码、位置、通讯录、照片、设备标识符或广告标识符。

3. 处理方

• 我们的取名服务器（Google Cloud Functions，美国）：接收请求、取名并返回结果。不保存请求；运行日志只记录语言、用途、名字数量和处理时间等一般信息，不记录你的回答、名字或出生日期。
• Jeongwon Naming Office 取名引擎（api.kangname.com，韩国）：接收取名条件，传统取名时还接收出生日期与时间，用于计算候选名字。
• Anthropic, PBC（美国）：使用 AI 模型 Claude 撰写名字解析。它会收到你的回答，以及在你同意时你输入的名字，但不会收到出生日期与时间、邮箱或设备信息。Anthropic 依照其商业条款处理这些数据，不用于训练模型，并在有限的保留期后删除。
• Apple（App Store）和 Google（Google Play）：处理付款。我们不会获得你的银行卡信息。

4. 保存在设备上的信息

保存的名字（包括传统取名结果中显示的出生日期与时间）、语言设置、同意状态以及尚未使用的购买只保存在你的设备上。你可以在“设置 → 清除所有保存的名字”中删除，或删除应用以清除全部数据。

5. 跨境传输

取名时，第2条所列信息会通过加密连接（HTTPS）发送到美国（我们的服务器、Anthropic）和韩国（Jeongwon Naming Office）。如果你不希望这样，请不要使用取名功能。

6. 保存期限

取名完成后，我们不会保留你的回答、名字或出生日期。购买记录由 Apple 或 Google 依照其政策保存。

7. 儿童

本应用不面向13岁以下儿童。家长可以选择“我的宝宝”为孩子取名。

8. 你的选择与权利

关闭“贴近我名字的读音”即可随时停止发送你的名字。由于我们不在服务器上保存你的数据，通常没有可供查阅或删除的信息；如你依照所在国家或地区的法律有任何疑问或请求，请与我们联系。

K-NAME (“la app”) la ofrece miniharmony Co.,Ltd. (“nosotros”) junto con Jeongwon Naming Office (정원작명소, kangname.com). Esta política explica qué envía la app, por qué y a dónde.

1. En resumen

• Sin cuenta ni correo, sin anuncios, sin herramientas de análisis ni de seguimiento.
• Para crear nombres, la app envía tus respuestas una sola vez a nuestro servidor de nombres. No las guardamos.
• Los nombres guardados se quedan en tu dispositivo.
• El Nombre tradicional (de pago) también envía la fecha y hora de nacimiento, solo al motor de nombres de Jeongwon Naming Office y nunca a la IA.

2. Qué envía la app y para qué

• Nombre rápido (gratis): para quién es el nombre, el estilo, las energías y significados que elegiste, tu elección de apellido y el idioma de la app, para crear los nombres y escribir sus descripciones.
• Tu nombre, solo si activas “Que suene como mi nombre” y lo permites, para encontrar un nombre coreano que suene parecido.
• Nombre tradicional (de pago): la fecha y hora de nacimiento (calendario solar o lunar, mes bisiesto o “no sé la hora”) y el identificador de la compra. Siguiendo la costumbre coreana, la fecha y hora solo se usan para decidir qué elementos llevan los caracteres del nombre. El identificador confirma la compra de esa sesión.

No recopilamos tu correo, teléfono, ubicación, contactos, fotos, identificadores del dispositivo ni el identificador de publicidad.

3. Quién lo procesa

• Nuestro servidor de nombres (Google Cloud Functions, Estados Unidos) recibe la solicitud, crea los nombres y los devuelve. No guarda la solicitud. Sus registros de funcionamiento solo contienen información general como el idioma, el propósito, el número de nombres y el tiempo de proceso, nunca tus respuestas, tu nombre ni tu fecha de nacimiento.
• El motor de nombres de Jeongwon Naming Office (api.kangname.com, República de Corea) recibe las condiciones del nombre y, en el Nombre tradicional, la fecha y hora de nacimiento, para calcular los candidatos.
• Anthropic, PBC (Estados Unidos) escribe las descripciones con su modelo de IA Claude. Recibe tus respuestas y, si lo permitiste, tu nombre; nunca la fecha y hora de nacimiento, tu correo ni datos del dispositivo. Anthropic trata estos datos según sus condiciones comerciales, no los usa para entrenar sus modelos y los elimina tras un período de conservación limitado.
• Apple (App Store) y Google (Google Play) procesan los pagos. Nunca vemos los datos de tu tarjeta.

4. Datos en tu dispositivo

Los nombres guardados (incluida la fecha y hora que aparecen en los resultados del Nombre tradicional), el idioma, tus consentimientos y cualquier compra sin usar se guardan solo en tu dispositivo. Puedes borrarlos en Ajustes → “Borrar nombres guardados” o eliminar la app para quitarlo todo.

5. Transferencia internacional

Al crear un nombre, los datos del punto 2 se envían mediante conexiones cifradas (HTTPS) a Estados Unidos (nuestro servidor, Anthropic) y a la República de Corea (Jeongwon Naming Office). Si no lo deseas, no uses las funciones de creación de nombres.

6. Conservación

No conservamos tus respuestas, tu nombre ni tu fecha de nacimiento después de crear los nombres. Apple o Google conservan los registros de compra según sus propias políticas.

7. Menores

K-NAME no está dirigida a menores de 13 años. Los padres pueden elegir “Mi bebé” para crear el nombre de su hijo o hija.

8. Tus opciones y derechos

Puedes dejar de enviar tu nombre en cualquier momento desactivando “Que suene como mi nombre”. Como no guardamos tus datos en nuestros servidores, normalmente no hay nada que consultar ni borrar; si tienes preguntas o solicitudes conforme a las leyes de tu país (como el RGPD), escríbenos.
